Wellness Coaching is a confidential process through which two or more people work together to reflect on how one lives in the world – how one thinks, feels and acts.
A wellness coach can;
- help people to learn about their current wellness habits.
- inform about decisions one can make to lead a healthier and happier life.
- suggest how to make positive lifestyle changes.
- bring their unique experience and understanding to the individual coaching process.
Put simply, the role of a wellness coach isn’t to tell people how to improve their wellness, but rather to help them explore their options, and find out how to improve their wellness habits themselves.
